Verification Process: We need to verify your identity before processing your request. This may involve asking you to confirm information we already have on file (e.g., email address, recent purchase details) or potentially requesting additional proof of identity depending on the sensitivity of the request. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority.

Authorized Agents: If you use an Authorized Agent, we may require proof that the agent is authorized to act on your behalf (e.g., written permission signed by you) and may also require you to verify your own identity directly with us, unless the agent provides a valid power of attorney under the California Probate Code.

Response Timing and Format: We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and aim to respond substantively within 45 calendar days. If we require more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

11. Shine the Light Law

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
